There are some great tools out there, and you may find that one audio recording program works better for your specific workflow and goals than another. Hopefully, this gives you a solid springboard as you start building out your own home studio.


Here’s a breakdown of recommended audio recording programs based on your needs as a voice actor working from a home setup.



Audacity (PC and Mac)
